## What is REVEAL?

REVEAL VAULT (revealvault.io) is an online collectibles store that sells real,
authenticated luxury watches, designer handbags, and professionally graded
trading cards in randomized packs called vaults or machines. Every pack
contains exactly one physical item, chosen from the machine's displayed
inventory at its displayed odds, which the buyer can verify. The buyer can
have the item shipped insured or sell it back to REVEAL at a posted
percentage of market value. Formerly ONYX (onyxpacks.com, which now
redirects here).

REVEAL does NOT sell Pokemon cards. Pokemon is retired from the platform
and there are no Pokemon purchase or sell-back surfaces.

### Randomized Packs (Vaults)
Buyers purchase a pack from a machine loaded with real, authenticated
product. Each machine publishes its tier odds and its live item pool
before purchase; the tier outcome uses a cryptographic commitment made
before payment and revealed after it, so the buyer can verify the outcome.
Expected value (EV) and full odds are shown on every machine.

### Physical Shipping (Phygital)
Every item revealed on REVEAL is a real physical object held for the
buyer. Buyers can have any item in their inventory shipped, insured,
worldwide.

### Selling an Item Back
Don't want to keep it? Every item carries a posted sell-back price from
REVEAL: at least 85% of market value, paid to your REVEAL account balance
or to your wallet in stablecoins. Sell it back whenever you like within the
Decision Window. No listings, no waiting, no auction.

### Verifiable Odds
A server commitment is made before payment and revealed after the pack is
opened, so buyers can independently verify that the tier outcome was not
manipulated. The tier outcome is reproducible from the published
commitment; the item drawn within a tier is selected from the published
pool.
